Content truncated when the text reaches the end of the page

Hi,
We found an issue when we try to generate a PDF document when its content is just a bit more of the size of a page.
In this case the content is truncated and the PDF is generated with some missing information.
I’ve attached a sample project that you can run to reproduce the issue and also the PDF file generated. In the PDF you’ll notice that at the end of the page there is a dotted list with 3 items but the original content has 4 items.
I’m using Aspose.PDF version 21.8.0

Thanks in advance for your help. We get a lot of complains from our customers because of this, so any suggestion, fix or work-around would be much appreciated.
