Some Word Documents are not converting properly to PDF. I’ve attached an example Word document that ends up being converted to useless nonsense (strange Unicode characters) by Saaspose.
I can send you an example file if you need one.

Hi Neal,
I would like to share that this issue has been fixed in the base product but not moved to live service yet. Some testing is required before moving this fix to live server. We will do it as soon as possible and let you know once we have this fix live.
In the meantime, please have a look at the attached output PDF and share more problematic documents if you want to check the output beforehand.

On further investigation, we found that your file was converted properly but output PDF was not overwritten properly. Please try using a different (non-existing) name for the output PDF file and let us know if it works for you.
If the problem persists, please attach problematic documents for further investigation.
