@priyanga,

This issue has been logged as:
WORDSNET-16992: Pictures slightly overlap each other in PDF

@priyanga,

Regarding WORDSNET-16984, we have completed the analysis of this issue and the root cause has been identified. However, the implementation of the fix of this issue has been postponed till a later date (no estimates are available at the moment).

The problem appears because “함초롬바탕” font is used in metafile and it is not accessible. This font is substituted with “Microsoft Sans Serif” but it does not contains glyphs for encircled numbers. MS Word is able to draw these characters because it performs font fallback. Aspose.Words currently do not support font fallback in metafile rendering.

As a workaround please try to install “함초롬바탕” font on your end. Hope, this helps.

@priyanga,

Regarding WORDSNET-16980, we have completed the work on your issue and come to a conclusion that this issue is actually not a bug. So, we have closed this issue as ‘Not a Bug’.

Here we are dealing with one of the anomalies of compatibility mode of MS Word. All three specified textboxes have middle vertical alignment, you can easily check this (In MS Word 2016 for example) with textbox properties (right click on text box frame, then “format object”, then “layout and properties” pane and then see “textbox vertical alignment”). You can change the alignment but it visually remains the same. On contrary, Aspose.Words renders these alignments properly.

As a workaround we would suggest to set the alignment to “top” for all three textboxes. It also appears that simple re-save with MS Word 2016 fixes the document.
