We have a web based product where office documents are stored. When these documents are opened for viewing we use your products to open the documents in a pdf version. We have experienced that sometimes the conversion hangs and no new conversions can be done after that. To resolve this we have to recycle the app pool in the IIS. We have not found that it is due to some specific document it rather seems to be caused by the number of conversions or maybe the number of simultaneus conversions.
The problem only applies to ppt to pdf conversion (not word or excel).
