My colleague has already opened a thread -
Conversion of PPTX to image throws ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

Hello Dear,

I have re-investigated the issue and the problem is with wrong presentation object used to access the PPTX file. For accessing the PPTX file please use PresentationEx class object instead of Presentation class. I have shared my comments with your colleague over this forum link.
