Conversion of .word file to .pdf is not in proper shape

Apologies! We can not share .word documents with you cause it is confedential.We have tried on our local machine and conversion of .word file to .pdf in correct format and formulas look in proper shape but on server it does not convert as expected. Actually our local machine has windows Actually our local machine has windows 7 but development server has windows 2003

Is this could be reason for converting documents in pdf is not proper shape?

Unfortunately, it is difficult to say what the problem is without the document and code. I need this document and code to reproduce the same problem on my side.
