Conversion Word / Excel to TIF - Parameter is not valid

When converting Word documents to TIF (CITT3, CITT4) and using the latest release: 11.2.0 (Cells: 7.2.0) on a Windows XP with SP3 or Windows 2003 R2 with SP2 we get the following error: Parameter is not valid. With the release 11.1.0 the conversion still works correctly without any error.

On a Windows 7 or Windows 2008 OS the same code works OK, without this error. for both version 11.1.0 and 11.2.0.

There seems to be some issue with XP and 2003 OS in combination with version 11.2.0.

Thanks for the inquiry. First off, please try to use the latest Aspose.Words v11.3.0 at your end and see if it resolves your issue. If it still doesn't resolve your issue then please share input Word document for further investigation. We'll take a closer look and guide you accordingly. In addition, please also describe TiffProfile details.

Good morning

I have the same problem occurs in the parameter TiffCompression.Ccitt4 to convert Docx to tiff

Dim options As New ImageSaveOptions(SaveFormat.Tiff)
options.PageIndex = 0
options.PageCount = doc.PageCount

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-6388) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
