If you open your Excel file in MS-Excel and save it as HTML, this issue occurs there too. So, it is not a bug of Aspose.Cells. Because MS-Excel and Aspose.Cells both replicates this issue.
However, we have logged your issue in our database for investigation. We will look into it and update you asap.

If you export the file to html via MS-Excel, you will also get incorrect result. Because, you implement the linefeed using spaces, we suggest you to implement the linefeed via return operations or using keyboard shortcuts (e.g. ALT + ENTER) when editing chars in MS-Excel.
