We have tested your source PDF with latest version 17.8 of Aspose.Pdf for Java API and could not replicate the same problem as highlighted in the snapshot. However, we can find square boxes in place various Chinese characters. This problem has been logged under the ticket ID PDFJAVA-37102 in our bug tracking system.
