Convert PDF to DOCX: The file is corrupt and cannot be opened

Hello,
I am newbie and doing eval for Aspose PDF.
Using the Example codes from Github, I run the “ConvertToDOCX()” example.
When I open the file using Office Word 2016, I receive the following ominous warning:
“The file is corrupt and cannot be opened”
I continue and then receive another error working.
See screen snapshots of both.

What is causing these errors? Obviously the end users would be very concerned with these warnings.

This is an eval and a prompt reply is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for contacting support.

I have tested the scenario with one of my sample documents, while using Aspose.Pdf for .NET 17.8, and was unable to notice the issue which you have mentioned. Would you please share if you are facing this issue with specific document or type of document? It would be really helpful if you can share a sample document with us, so that we cant test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.
