I have used Aspose PDF (10.7.0.0) to convert from pdf to html (in this
case, it’s a infected PDF), and Aspose hang.

tested your scenario with shared documents using Aspose.Pdf for .NET 11.7.0 and
managed to observe the hanging issue. For further investigation, I have logged
