Convert SVG to PDF and stream to client

I am converting an SVG to PDF. If I do this on the server and save as a PDF file, all is OK.



However, if I save as stream (again, SVG to PDF), then base64 encode, stream this to the client, decode it, convert to blob, the use msSaveOrOpenBlob and save the PDF, the resulting PDF is blank.



I have attached a PDF using both these scenarios. While I realize this may not strictly be an Aspose issue, I was hoping you might be able to help to shed some light on what’s wrong with the PDF.
