I have observed the requirements shared by you and regret to share that Aspose.Slides for .NET does nppt have feature support for converting SWF file to PPT or PPT to SWF file at the moment. The request for exporting PPT to SWF was shared in past as well but unfortunately it was marked as Wont Fix item due to internal limitations. Please share the details about your requirements so that I may communicate with our development team.
