When saving a Word document to HTML using a fixed layout, one of the bullet points from a chevron list is rendered upside down and in the wrong place

You are right, the text from SmartArt Shape is rendering outside the box and is inverted (upside down) when converting your DOCX to HTML Fixed file format. The issues you have found earlier have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 20.12 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 20.12 update.
