Convert XLS to Html and One redundant "tr" tag occurs

Version: Aspose.Cells for java (aspose-cells-7.6.1.jar)

I want to convert my Excel file (.xls) to html, and it works well.

But unfortunately I found one redundant "tr" in generated html file, and it looks like:

This is my code:

HtmlSaveOptions option = new HtmlSaveOptions(SaveFormat.HTML);
option.setExportChartImageFormat(ImageFormat.getPng());
option.setExportImagesAsBase64(true);
workbook.save(out, option);

I tried to use a variety of methods to fix it, including setting print area, removing other sheets and hiding/clearing unused rows/columns etc. But it still exists, can you kindly help me on this issue or tell me the reason? Thanks!

Best Regards,

Wallace

Hi,

We recommend you to try our latest version/fix: Aspose.Cells for Java v8.1.2:
http://www.aspose.com/community/files/72/java-components/aspose.cells-for-java/entry561736.aspx

Moreover, Aspose.Cells renders HTML files similar to what MS Excel converts the Excel file to HTML, so, you should convert your Excel file to HTML in MS Excel manually and compare both HTML files (one by Aspose.Cells and other by MS Excel). If you find the difference, kindly provide the Excel file here, we will check it soon.

Thank you.

Hi Amjad,

It seems well after upgrading, thanks!

Wallace
