Converted Word document doesn't look the same as original

Hi,
When loading the attached MS-Word document, the document fits on one page in Office. However, when the document is converted using Aspose (PDF also attached), the document goes to a second page.
Thanks…

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for your inquiry.

While using the latest version of Aspose.Words i.e. 16.2.0, we managed to reproduce this issue on our end. We have logged this issue in our bug tracking system. The ID of this issue is WORDSNET-13315. Your thread has also been linked to this issue and you will be notified as soon as it is resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for being patient. Regarding WORDSNET-13315, our product team has completed the analysis of your issue and has come to a conclusion that this issue and the undesired behavior you’re observing is actually not a bug. So, we will close this issue as ‘Not a Bug’.

The reason why the content is pushed down in 4 extra breaks is as follows:

Three line breaks appear because of invalid br tags ("") occurred inside html.
MS Word does not import them but Aspose.Words and browsers show them as usual.
These BRs are located in the beginning of a document and inside table header.

Variable Information Panel

And one line break is located inside IE condition which MS Word ignores.

After fixing these issues (inside html) the document looks similar to original.
Now Aspose.Words behaves as browser in both cases.

Best regards,
