Converting bmp to gif loses almost all colors

I’ve attached the source and the result. Please let me know what I might be doing wrong:

val img = Image.load(“Sildar.bmp”).asInstanceOf[RasterImage]
val options = new GifOptions()
img.save(“Sildar.gif”, options)

(Note: code is Scala, but shouldn’t matter)

We have tried to reproduce the issue at our end. It was found that the said issue persists. The issue has been logged into our system with ID IMAGING-35373. Our product team will look into it. we will update you about the progress via this forum thread.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as ) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for JasperReports 18.3 update.
