Converting Doc to PDf issues

When we are converting a Docs into Pdf's we have noticed a couple of issues that we haven't been able to identify yet what is causing these. I've attached the word document and pdf that it has generated. We have Aspose.PDF version: 3.5.50, Aspose.Pdf.Kit.dll 2.4.0.0, Aspose.Words.dll 4.3.0.0

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

1. Katun logo on the page header: This is set to be right justified on odd pages, left justifed on even pages in the Word Doc. In the PDF, the odd page header is placing the Katun logo off-center to the left....
2. Margins are greatly increased in the PDF, causing several pages to flow onto a second page, text running into footers, etc.
3. Style for product section headings being altered in PDF. (eg. Page #14 in Word doc compared to Page #15 in PDF).: Larger space before top line border and shaded column headings is overlaying the bottom line border.
