Hello.
When we have a PDF document with annotations (aka. Pop-Up Notes) we lose this when converting to PDF/A-B1.
Back in February someone else also reported this issue as well:

Writing these kinds of annotations is very common for our customers so this is a critical issue to us. It is so critical that we can not deliver our converter using Aspose (scheduled to release within a month) until this issue is resolved. Therefore, it is very important to us if you can prioritize this quickly.
Is there no workaround to fix this?
I suspect this is a common issue for others as well. Why has this issue not been prioritized since it was reported 7 months ago?
When can we expect a fix to this issue?

Thanks for your inquiry. Yes we have already noticed the issue and logged a ticket PDFNEWNET-38909 in our issue tracking system for rectificaiton. Our product team has completed the investigation and now will plan its fix. We have linked your post to the issue id and will notify you as soon as it is resolved.
Moreover, I am afraid there is no workaround as current PDF to PDFA conversion implementation removes the annotation. So you need to wait for the fix.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNEWNET-38909) have been fixed in Aspose.Pdf for .NET 11.1.0.
