Converting to PDF with Languages Japanese,Chinese not supporting

While converting html content to pdf Japanese, chinese,Russian,Korean languages characters are converted as “?” mark. Kindly refer the atttached fileMulti Lang Support Test-1634288827690.pdf (148.2 KB)

Kindly advise is there any setting need to enabled in source side.Thanks in advance

Please upgrade to the latest (21.9) version of Aspose.Words for Java and see how it goes on your end? In case the problem still remains, then please ZIP and upload your input HTML file (that you are getting this problem with) here for testing. We will then investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.

The “Multi Lang Support Test-1634548513383.pdf” file you shared was actually produced by using old 21.7 version of Aspose.Words for Java. Please upgrade to 21.9 version and see how it goes on your end?

Kindly note we have tried with 21.9 version for the reported issue.But still the same problem exist.kindly find the attached html and code snippet.Kindly advise is there anything we need to enable in the code level.

The HTML file “Multi Lang Support Test-1634902511307.html” that you shared was actually produced by using 21.9 version of Aspose.Words for Java. We need the source HTML file to be able to reproduce the problem on our end. Please also note that we had just released a new 21.10 version of Aspose.Words for Java and you can try upgrading to the latest version as well.

Your input HTML does not contain the Japanese and Chinese text. Please open it in browser or MS Word and check Japanese and Chinese text.

Could you please share the correct input HTML here for testing? We will investigate the issue and provide you more information on it.

The issue exist while generating the html, identified and fixed.

Currently we are using version aspose-words 18.3 version.

We would like to upgrade with aspose-words 21.10 version.

For that we required what are the fixes or changes has been done from 18.3 to 21.10.So that we can begin the purchase activity
