Glad you managed to fix this issue! I did some tests and all seems to be fine now.

For what it’s worth: I found that the test case I posted in this thread works with 11.8.0 when a license is installed (License.setLicense). Apparently, this causes the bug to not appear. However, in our production code we use a license but still observe the issue (using 11.8.0). Maybe this can help you in creating a test case that demonstrates the issue in all environments, preventing regression in future releases.

Thanks for your new info about license. Our small secret is that at the same time we get a bug request from another user but with the same bug. His sample is reproducible in any environment. So we already have regression tests for this bug.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSJAVA-638) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
