Copystyle not working on all merged cells

I’am trying to set copystyle on cell: &=Data.Row(skip:1,noadd,copystyle) but BottomBorder style is only applied to my first cell when cells J and K are merged.

Thanks for the screenshot and some details.

Could you create a simple console application, zip it and post us here to show the issue, we will check it soon. Also provide your input Excel file (if any - containing your smart marker(s)) and output Excel file for reference. Furthermore, please use dynamic dataset/datatable(s) to create it in the code, so we could run your solution without any dependencies or data source to evaluate your issue precisely on our end.

I’ve created console application, please check it. I’ve attached also two files where you can find differences between generated file: ‘output.xslx’ and made by me: ‘output - correct.xslx’ .

Thanks for the sample project with template files.

After an initial test, I observed the issue as you mentioned by using your sample code (in the project) with your template file. I found CopyStyle (Smart Markers) is not working on all merged cells as per your expected results. I have logged an investigation ticket with an id “CELLSNET-44445” for your issue. Our concerned developer from product team will evaluate if your expected results are valid for Smart Markers’ copystyle parameter and it should behave in your desired way.

Once we have an update on it, we will let you know here.

Please try the latest version of Aspose.Cells for .NET 8.8.1.2 against the problem logged earlier as CELLSNET-44445 and let us know your feedback.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as CELLSNET-44445) have been fixed in this update.
