Coversion program Aspos.Words ---EPUB

An document in word 2007 sp2 cannot be saved as .EPUB.
OS Windows Vista Ultimate x64;
Office 2007 with SP2;.NET Frameworks 3.5 sp1
When I will save an document in EPUB format I get an error: The conversion programù Aspose… Words - EPUB cannot be started

In the help I get no good information.

Thanks for your request. Was Aspose.Words for MS Word successfully installed? Try reinstalling it.
Does the error occur with some particular document or with any document?
