Create Curves

Hi,

I’m working with ASPose.Slide 5.8 to create a ppt (or pptx) document. In Power Point shapes there is a shape called “Curve”. I need to add such shape using ASPose. I searched the ShapeTypeEx enum and found: CurvedArc, CurvedConnector2, CurvedConnector3 … CurvedDownArrow … none of these gave me the shape I want. I also tried to search for a method to add this shape in a ppt document but could not find any document online.

Is there a way to add the shape that is called “Curve”.

If yes could you please provide me a simple code that allows me to add such shape (in ppt and pptx documents)?

You can use following code snippet for creating curved shapes.

Hi,

Thank you so much for your support, much appreciated.

In fact this is not the shape I was asking about, this shape is called: Arc. The control I need to use is simply called: Curve. Please follow the link I provided in my previous post to see which shape I am referring to.

I urgently need to know if it is possible to draw a Curve with ASPose.

Sorry, In first sight I could not differentiate between CurveArc and Curve. For answering your query I must have to get input from our development team. I will respond your query once I will be able to talk to concerned developer.

I regret to inform you that presently, Aspose.Slides does not support adding curves. I have observed it as a new feature request. In order to assess the possibility of inclusion of this feature an issue with ID SLIDESNET-33155 has been created in our Issue Tracking System.
