Is it possible to create the following folders in the root of PST file like the items highlighted in the attached image? This would be none standardIpmFolders.

Aspose.Email API provides the facility to create standard as well as non-standard folders in a PST. Please try adding folders as shown here in our documentation section and let us know your feedback.
