Creating Flowed PDF forms

We are in the process of deciding wether or not to acquire Aspose as out preferred PDF Form Dev program, is it possible to create flowed PDF forms in Aspose as per this link - http://www.vrami.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/FlowedLayout.pdfv

Has anyone had any experience with doing this?

Thanks

Hi Rory,

Thanks for your interest in our products.

From flowedlayout, do you mean form fields place one after another in Top-Left to Bottom-Right approach or you mean the dynamically updating form fields in PDF document using Push buttons i.e. Add Row and Remove Row buttons as shown in your sample PDF file ? If so is the case, then I am afraid this feature is currently not supported. For the sake of implementation, I have logged this requirement in our
issue tracking system under New Features list as PDFNEWNET-34395. We will further investigate this requirement
in details and will keep you updated on the status of a correction.

We apologize for your inconvenience.

Hi Rory,

Thanks for your patience.

We have further looked into your feature request logged earlier as PDFNEWNET-34395 and in order for us to properly understand the requirement, please share a sample PDF with required functionality. The link shared earlier http://www.vrami.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/FlowedLayout.pdfv seems to be incorrect. Also we need detailed description of desired functionality;

However, if your requirement is to create / delete fields by pressing the button, I think Acrobat JavaScript can be used: http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/js_api_reference.pdf and as per your requirement, you may set JavaScript action for button inside PDF file.
