i need to change the crossing of axis dynamicaly. how can i make crossing of both the asix to like(X,Y) (1,1), (5,6).

As per our discussion about the issue on live chat, after using some later versions i.e. 4.4, your issue is resolved actually. Since your subscription expired on May 28, 2009, so you may even try to use some more new versions of the product, e.g v4.7.1 (that was released on April 13, 2009).
