Document transfer is done in the system built on MS Server 2012. The error “Culture not supported” is encountered.

Please try the latest version of Aspose.Words for .NET 21.8 and let us know how it goes on your side.
If you still face problem, please create a standalone console application (source code without compilation errors) that helps us to reproduce your problem on our end and attach it here for testing. We will investigate the issue and provide you more information on it.
The error consists in MS server 2012. Tested on MS Server 2019, no errors encountered.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-22683) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 21.11 update also available on NuGet.
