Curved connections not displayed in images

Hello,



we create diagrams with curved connections between the shapes.



It works perfectly if we save the created diagram as Visio file (.vdx, see attached screenshot).

If we save the diagram as JPEG, HTML or PDF the lines are displayed without curves (see second screenshot).



Are curved connections not supported by Aspose.Diagram?



We are setting the layout of the connector as follows:

connector.Layout.ConLineRouteExt.Value = ConLineRouteExtValue.Curved;

Thank you for contacting support. Based on your query, yes, the curve connections are supported by Aspose.Diagram API. Please share a complete source code by which you are creating this diagram. It will help us to be more specific.

Thank you for being patient. I could notice these problems with your sample code shared in this post. So far I have logged these issues in our tracking system as follows:

DIAGRAMNET-50033 - Curved connections are not preserved in the output images (JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF)
DIAGRAMNET-50034 - Curved connections are not preserved in the output PDF file
DIAGRAMNET-50035 - Curved connections are not preserved in the output HTML file

The issues you have found earlier (filed as ) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for JasperReports 18.3 update.
