Data at bottom of slide is lost when pptx is converted to pdf

Hi,

we are using aspose slides 7.5.1 for converting PPTX to PDF.
we observed that Data at bottom of slide9 is lost when the attached
PPTX is converted to PDF. see the attachment.

we are attaching the source PPTX and target PDF file for your reference.

I have worked with the presentation file shared by you using Aspose.Slides for Java 7.6.0. I have not been able to observe the issue specified. For your kind reference, I have attached the generated PDF as well. Please share if I may help you further in this regard.

I have re-validated the issue on my end using Aspose.Slides for Java 8.0.0 in Windows 7 x64 with JDK 1.6. I have generated the PDF without any issue that you have shared. For your kind reference, I have attached the generated PDF and comparison image as well. Please try using the specified version on your end. If there is still an issue then please share the complete Java and Operating system details with us that you are using on your end to reproduce the issue.

The pdf that you have attached seems to be fine. But when we tested it on our end with aspose.slides8.0.0, we got the same output. We are using
OS: 64 bit Windows Server 2008R2 Enterprise
Java: 1.7

Hi Shikha,

I have worked with JDK 1.7_25 and failed to reproduce the issue once again. I have been able to figure out the probable issue on your end. It seems to be issue while setting display setting on your end. Please remember that you need to have display setting 100% in order to generate the correct PDF scaling. I guess you are probably using display setting as 125% which is cause of the issue. Please refer to attached image for your kind reference and share your feedback with us if there is still an issue incurring.

Hi Shikha,

Can you please confirm that are you still getting the issue with display setting 100%. Please also share the complete JDK 1.7 version as well so that I may create ticket for that. In the mean while, I may also suggest you to kindly try generating the PDF on some fresh machine instance as well for assurance.

This is working with Asopse.slides8.1.0. The issue was that on my machine Arial narrow font was not installed and so there was a difference of font in the source pptx and pdf.

That is appreciable that things are working on your end with new API. Should we consider this thread to be closed now as you have been able to install the fonts on your end and resolve the issue.
