Desktop Grid Bad format

Hi,

I'm having some problems with the Desktop grid for Cells.

He has problems with the layout and uses a wrong font type, now some of the text is unreadable.

Hi,

Could you give us more details about the issue. Which version of the GridDesktop you are using, kindly try the latest version? Are you loading the file into the GridDesktop, if so, kindly post your template xlsx file here. If you are generating the xlsx file using GridDestop, kindly create a simple application to show the issue.We will check it soon.

Thanks for the quick reply.

We are using version: 2.0.1.31, runtime version: v1.0.3705, product version 4.8.0.0.

After an initial test, we found the issue you have mentioned. We will figure it out soon.

Hi,

We have analyzed your template file. GridDesktop does not support RichText currently. But the file “Book1 - Issues.xlsx” contains some RichText cells which are composed of “Symbol” & “Calibri” fonts. GridDesktop thinks the “Symbol” font to the RichText. The unreadable text is rendered by the “Symbol” font. So, we recommend you please change your excel file and avoid using RichText in the cells, GridDesktop will work fine then.

We have already registered your request as new feature. We will notify you if there is any update for it.
