How can I determine the current page I am working with?

I have realized for some time now that a pagination engine is something not readily availabe with Aspose.Words. However since this is an issue with Aspose for some time now, is there a .net code sample available where we can determine the current page outside of Aspose?
I am sure many others have stuggled and determined a solution for this?
