I would like to create pdf by using aspose.Word and need to be able to set the version on the pdf.
by default all pdfs are created in 1.5. I need to create pdfs in verion 1.4 and 1.6
I found that this mater have been up for discussion before and then a case (#7655) have been issued. But I have not found any solution for it.

Could you please tell me why you need to specify PDF version?

To meet FDA and HIPAA regulations on application documentation. Today they have 1.4 as standard version for application and will upgrade to 1.6 in the near future.
Today we have to manualy convert the documents to 1.4 and it created alot of problems with the bookmarks and toc that we get from using aspose.word, i.e loss of information, corrupted pages.
