Digital Signatures not displayed on PDF

We use Aspose PDF in our application where digital signatures are applied to a PDF document. We have come across a case where the PDF is digitally signed but the signatures are no longer displayed after it is downloaded. However, if the PDF is attached in an email e can clearly see the signatures using the gmail viewer and our system report shows that they were placed on the document. How can we test if this an issue with our version of Aspose (it may be v 9.7)?

Thanks.

@Mbonds,

You can extract information of the signatures as narrated in this help topic: Extract Signature Information. Furthermore, you are using quite an old version 9.7 of Aspose.Pdf API and we recommend our clients always use the latest version of Aspose.Pdf for .NET API because the latest version includes recent features, enhancements and bug fixes. If this does not help, then please share all details of the use case, including source PDF and code. We will investigate and share our findings with you.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Our team is trying to test the latest version of Aspose PDF but they are receiving the following error message. Can you help solve this?

Thanks.

@Mbonds,

It is because your Aspose API license has been expired. Please refer to the renewal policies: Aspose Renewal Policies. Before the renewal, we recommend our clients get a 30 day temporary license from the purchase portal and its option is available in step 5. You will see a button with caption Get a Temp License in step 5 of the purchase portal. A temporary license is a time-restricted full license that lets you test every aspect of API before the renewal.
