Displaying Arrows when Hex code is provided

Hi


I have a hex code which is provided from the processing layer. I want to display the corresponding value of that hex code in a cell.
For Ex:
For the Hex Code “2194”, i have to display the corresponding value as in an “Arrow”,

So can you help me in setting the value of an hex code for a cell.
