Do we need to update PDF component when we update our word component

We have Aspose Words version 5.1 and Aspose PDF version 3.6.2. We want to update our Word to the current version. We will also be purchasing Aspose Cell. Can you tell me if we should also update our PDF component at the same time? I can be reached at judy@senecacenter.org or 510-300-6317

We currently have Aspose Words version 5.1 and Aspose PDF version 3.6.2. We want to upgrade Word to the current version and purchase licenses for the current version of Cells.

Can you tell me if we need to also upgrade our PDF license? Is it best to keep the PDF component current when we update our other components?

Thanks for contacting support.

As long as the current version of Aspose.Pdf is fulfilling your requirements, you do not need to update your license subscription. There is no issue in using older release of Aspose.Pdf and updating subscription for other API’s.

Hi Judy,

Latest versions of Aspose.Words or Aspose.Cells do not depend on Aspose.Pdf so you can update these APIs as per your convenience.
