Doc To Pdf Convertion --> Not working Properly

Hi,

I have already sent two emails to georgie’s email address no response so far.

I have this issue,
i have a template document when trying to convert to pdf, the aspnet_wp.exe is doing 100% cpu and never returns.

I sent that template to the email address…

Can someone follow-up please…

Thanks,
Gopi

Dear Gopi,

I have replyed your mail. If you have not got it, I post it here:

I have noted there is a letter “d” which is overlaped by another table. This is not suported in our product and causes the error. Can you please modify your template to avoid this? I will try to solve this problem later.

Hi,

No it is not the ‘d’ that is causing the problem. (I removed it and checked it)

I have sent the doc and the converted pdf to your email, after removing the 'd’

Thanks,

Gopi

Dear Gopi,

Thank you for considering Aspose.

The former problem (can’t generate pdf with 100% CPU used) is solved, right?

As for the row height problem, please download the latest version of Aspose.Word.

Hi Tommy,

Yes that 100% cpu is solved. Thanks.
I have downloaded the latest word, pdf versions (with hotfix),
but still when i convert the doc --> pdf it screws up the format.
I’m sending the doc & pdf to your email.

Pls. follow-up and let me know.

Thanks,
Gopi

Hi Guys,

Any follow-up on this Issue ?
Do u Guys got my email with Attachments ?

Thanks,

Gopi

Dear Gopi,

Thank you for considering Aspose.

I have sent a mail to you but maybe there is some error and you have not get it.

In your Word document, there are some child tables exceed the border of their parent table, which is not supported by Aspose.Pdf. As you know, MS Word is so powerful and Aspose.Pdf can’t support some of it features recently.
