Thanks for your inquiry. Please note that Aspose.Words mimics the same behavior as MS Word does.

Thanks for your patience. Unfortunately, .docb file format is not supported by Aspose.Words. We have logged a feature request as WORDSNET-13154 into our issue tracking system to support .docb file format. You will be notified via this forum thread once this feature is available.
