Dear Team,
In the attached document there is a groupShape together with two other elements (one text box with the digit 4 inside) and one straight connector.
I’m using Aspose word 19.10 for Java.
When saving this document to any other format (pdf, tiff, png) only the groupshape content is exported.
We consider this as a very important issue in our system. To my knowledge we have also paid support in place to cover for such cases.
Could you please advise what is the best way to proceed to have this issue resolved in the quickest possible manner.
The attached zip file contains the source document (src/main/resources folder) as well as the different outputs (pdf, tiff, png, docx)
