I need to add properties like the attached image in my document. Please let me know how to do them.

Also after adding please let me know how to lock few of those variables. Let me know how to make them uneditable.

Please ZIP and upload your sample input Word document and your expected Word document showing the uneditable behavior of those variables here for testing. You can create expected document by using MS Word. Please also list the complete steps that you performed in MS Word to create the expected document. We will then investigate the scenario on our end and provide you more information.
