I’m using Aspose.Words to read in a DOCX file but some of the formatting appears to be lost when I save it. I am aware Aspose.Words does not support Word 2007 themes, so that explains the font changes. However, the document has content controls like drop-down boxes which are not present in the saved version. I was wondering does Aspose support these controls? I have attached the document in question.

Thanks for your inquiry. With the latest version of Aspose.Words Word 2007 themes are preserved upon DOCX to DOCX roundtrip.
Unfortunately, Aspsoe.Words does not support Content Controls at the moment. I linked your request to the appropriate issue. You will be notified as soon as this feature is supported.
