Docx Image gone

Hello,
I’ve been loading a docx file, with an embedded jpeg image on the header, but the “X” marker to represent it doesn’t appear and when I save the file the image is gone.
When I go into the document and change the image text wrapping to “In line with text” and then load it into the editor it appears, but as a “?” symbol and when I save it it does appear in the document.
Is there anything I can do to make it appear as a “X” so that way a user will know that it is an image and not somthing else?

Hi
Thanks you for your inquiry. Most likely this occurs because images in your DOCX document are Floating DrawingML. In current version only inline DrawingML pictures are supported. Floating DrawingML will be supported in the next version. It will be published within few days.
Could you please also attach your document for testing?
Best regards.

Hi
We just released the new version of Aspose.Words. This version supports the full set of DrawingML used by Microsoft Word 2007. You can download new version from here:
