@humanhuman, 在我的计算机上，如果系统区域设置为 zh-CN，Microsoft Word 可以生成带有最后一个空白页的 PDF，但如果系统区域设置为 en-US，则 Microsoft Word 生成的 PDF 没有空页。

我本地区域是 zh-CN，我使用office2021的“导出”或者“另存为”功能，生成的pdf是正常的
