Docx template The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded

Hello,


First here are our tech. infos:
Aspose Words 11
Java 7,
OS: Microsoft Professional 8.1,
Used Office: Office Professional Plus 2013

If we create a template as docx, we cannot use this template. We get the following error:
The document appears to be corrupted and cannot be loaded.

If we take the same template and save it as doc, aspose can work with it without problem.

Is our Aspose version too old?

Thanks for your inquiry. Please try upgrading to latest version of Aspose.Words 14.5.0 from the following link. I hope, this helps.

In case the problem still remains, please attach your input Word document you’re getting this problem with here for testing. We will investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.

It works fine with the newest aspose words release.
So our version is too old.
