Aspose.Cells does not provide visual component for viewing the print preview however it helps in getting information about the print preview. You may visit the following link and share the feedback.

Furthermore, Aspose.Cells does support Sheet to image feature, so you may take image(s) for the worksheet which by default, would be rendered based on print preview of MS Excel, see the document for your reference:
