Does Aspose.Cells works in a Windows Service such a Windows Scheduler?

Hello

I have inherited a program that has been written to extract Excel spreadsheet data and convert it to a set of CSV files. Unfortunately the program (which uses a competitors tool) is unable to run within a Windows Service such as Windows Scheduler or Control-M.

Does Aspose.Cells interact in any way with the desktop console which would mean that it unuseable within a Windows Service?

Thanks

David Ross

Hi David,

Aspose.Cells is a class library so it can be used in a windows service. Some users have already used it in similiar scenarios.
