Does Aspose Support Converting PPTX to PDF Using PDF/A3 Compliance?

Hi,

Aspose has the ability to choose from PDF/A1a, PDF/A1b, PDF15, PDF/UA when converting a PPTX to PDF.

Among them, PDF/A1a was the equivalent compliance option when using Office ‘save as’ feature:

However, in some recent Office updates, Microsoft removed the PDF/A1 option and added the new PDF/A3 option.

You can see the text (19005-1 compliant in the option) disappeared in the latest Office 2019/365 versions.

So my question here is, since Office now has the ability to produce PDF/A3 PDF, could Aspose versions also provide the same option? This would be very helpful to achieve the same good PDF quality as the PDF15 option but also keep the compatibility/accessibility of PDF/A.

I have observed your requirements and regret to share that at present the support for PDF/A3 is unavailable in API. An issue with ID SLIDESJAVA-38107 has been added in our issue tracking system to provide the requested support. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the support will be available.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as SLIDESJAVA-38107) have been fixed in Aspose.Slides for Java 22.11 (JAR).
