I am checking the feature of ASPose PDF .NET, if it support to encrypt/decrypt a PDF with a certificate?
My expectation is to check a PDF file if it is encrypted by certificate. If it is, I will try to find the certificate in Windows Certificate manage, and then open the PDF.
Can you please share such PDF that is encrypted using a certificate? We will investigate whether its possible to determine it using the API or not.
