how do I download the latest version of aspose cells I am currently using 8.3.1.0

Also, you can download the latest and previous versions from Aspose.Cells downloads section

When I downloaded using,
“You can download the latest version from this link: Aspose.Cells for .NET 8.4.1”
and ran msi it says I have 8.3.1.0 dll
I picked up dll from bin directory could you please
let me know how to proceed

It seems you already have Aspose.Cells for .NET 8.3.1 installed on your machine. You need to uninstall the previous version (8.3.1) to install the latest release. Please navigate to Uninstall a program by following the Start>Control Panel, and search for Aspose.Cells for .NET in the available list to uninstall it.
Alternatively, you can acquire the DLLs only archive that contains all the assemblies packaged in MSI installer. You can simply reference the assemblies in your project without installing the component on your machine.

and after I open zip file for dll which one do I use there are 6 dll 's

Please use the dll found inside net2.0 folder. This dll can be used with any type of .net framework. And this is the dll that we normally provide to our users on the forum.
For the usage of other dlls, please read the readme.txt file.
