After executing mail merge template, I can observed error message within output document like (new image doc-4.doc)
“Access to the path ‘c:\filestorage\1013\53737ba8-8423-47e6-a4cd-21df2171c6f0\Business Templates\Listing Documents’ is denied.”

Your document is in pre-97 format. We do not support formats older than 97-2003. After saving your document to 2007 format, I was able to successfully execute template.
Please save your document to 2003 or later format and then try again.
